REGISTRATION
REQUIREMENTS
1.EAD will be held
on May, 4th - 5th 2013.
2. Please fill the
form and write your full name ( not your nickname ) with capital letters (to
avoid wrong spelling).
3.
The form can be copied.
4.
Formal
color photo ( 4x6 ) 2 pieces for
each participant.
5.
Submit
the form, recommendation letter from school, a copy of student card and fee
receipt.
6.
Registration via e-mail
( openrecruitead@yahoo.com
) starts from April, 2nd – 23rd 2013. On-the-spot registration in USD hall
starts from April, 15th – 23rd 2013.
7.
Payment can be done
with 2 ways, there are on-the-spot payment and payment via BRI Bank Account ( 1383-01-000704-50-0 a/n DIRTYA SUNYI PARADEWARI ). After you transfer the fee via bank account, please
tell us by sending a message to 085726278684

).
8.
Each school needs to send
minimum 1 candidate from each competition to USD to come to TM ( Technical
Meeting ) on April, 27th 2013 at 07.30 a.m. ( Please do not be late
).
9.
All registration
requirements MUST BE completed and
submitted no later than TM.
10. Form can be downloaded on the EAD’s blog ( englishactiondays.blogspot.com )
11. Registration fee :

b)
Drama : Rp 175.000,00
c)
Speech : Rp 85.000,00
d)
Writing : Rp 80.000,00
